Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of sylkdynasty.com (the “Site”) and any purchases from Sylk Dynasty (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1) Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Site and place orders.
2) Accounts
You may check out as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3) Products, Drops, and Availability
Our products will be released in limited drops and may sell out quickly.
If a design sells out during a quarter, we may offer a Reserve option. Reserved products for the next quarter are guaranteed within the reservation period, subject to these Terms and our operational limits (for example, we may close Reserve early if capacity is reached).
We reserve the right to:
- limit quantities per order or per customer,
- refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse, and
- discontinue products at any time.
4) Pricing, Taxes, and Payments
All prices are shown in the currency selected unless stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
If your payment is declined or reversed, your order may be canceled.
5) Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise, customers are responsible for these charges.
Additional details (processing times, carriers, delivery issues) are provided in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6) Reserve Orders (Delayed Fulfillment)
If a design sells out during a quarter, we may offer a Reserve option. Reserve orders are delayed-fulfillment orders and are expected to ship during the next quarter, alongside the next quarter’s release schedule.
Reserve availability: Reserve ordering may remain open until one (1) month before the start of the next quarter, unless closed earlier.
Reserve cancellations: Reserve orders may be canceled only until one (1) month before the start of the next quarter. After that cutoff, Reserve orders cannot be canceled except where required by applicable law.
7) Order Changes and Corrections
You may request changes to your order until the order has shipped (for example: address corrections, size changes, or item changes). Once an order has shipped, changes are not possible.
We do not guarantee that every change request can be accommodated, especially during high-volume drop periods.
8) Combining Orders
You may request to combine multiple orders placed under the same customer details within one (1) business day of placing the later order.
After one (1) business day, orders may ship separately and may not be eligible for combining due to fulfillment processing.
9) Final Sale, Returns, and Exchanges
All purchases are final sale except for the limited scenarios described in our Refunds & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10) Promotions and Discounts
Promotions are subject to change and may be limited by time, product, region, or eligibility. Unless stated otherwise:
- discounts cannot be applied retroactively,
- discounts may not stack, and
- we may cancel orders that misuse discount codes.
11) Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including product designs, logos, graphics, photos, videos, text, and the overall look and feel—is owned by Sylk Dynasty or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit Site content without our written permission.
12) Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- attempt fraud, abuse claims, or engage in chargeback abuse,
- harass or threaten our staff,
- interfere with Site security or functionality,
- upload malicious code or scrape the Site.
We may refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict accounts where permitted by law.
13) Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.
14) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sylk Dynasty will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase/use of products.
In any case, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant order giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limits, so some of the above may not apply to you.
15) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sylk Dynasty from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
16) Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
Where permitted, you agree that disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Alberta, Canada.
17) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
