Sizing Guide + Fit Disclaimer Policy

This Sizing Guide + Fit Disclaimer Policy explains how sizing information is provided on sylkdynasty.com and clarifies how fit-related issues are handled by Sylk Dynasty (“we,” “us,” “our”).

1) Sizing Charts Are a Guide

Sizing charts on our product pages are provided as general guidance. Fit can vary by:

  • style/cut (oversized, relaxed, standard, cropped, etc.)
  • fabric composition and weight
  • manufacturing tolerances
  • how the garment is worn and styled
  • individual body shape and fit preference

2) Manufacturing Tolerances

Due to manufacturing and production processes, minor measurement differences may occur between items of the same size and style. This is normal and does not automatically indicate a defect.

3) Fit Is Subjective

Fit preference is personal (tight, standard, oversized). Photos, styling, and model sizing are provided for reference only and may not reflect your preferred fit.

4) How to Measure (Recommended Steps)

For the best accuracy, we recommend measuring a similar garment you already own and comparing it to our size chart.

Common measurements:

  • chest width
  • body length
  • sleeve length
  • shoulder width
  • waist/hip (if applicable)

Tip: Measure garments laid flat, not while worn.

5) Before You Order

To reduce sizing issues:

  • review the size chart on the product page
  • compare measurements to a garment you own
  • contact us before ordering if you are unsure: contact/support form

6) Sizing Is Not a Defect

Incorrect sizing selection, fit dissatisfaction, or preference-based fit issues are not considered manufacturer defects.

7) Wrong Size Exchange (Limited Accommodation)

We may offer a limited wrong-size exchange under our Refunds & Returns Policy. Unless stated otherwise in that policy:

  • one exchange per order
  • item must be unwashed and in original condition
  • tags must be intact/attached
  • request must be made within 15 days of delivery
  • customer pays return shipping label and replacement shipping label
  • customer does not pay for a new hoodie (exchange only, stock permitting)

All exchange requests are subject to inventory availability.

8) Color and Display Differences

Colors may vary by device display settings and lighting conditions. Slight differences between on-screen appearance and the actual product do not qualify as defects.
